Using this website in any way, including completion of a transaction, constitutes an agreement to our terms and conditions and a waiver of any chargeback action through your bank or credit card provider. Rego Systems LLC reserves the rights to change these Terms and Conditions, and to occasionally alter contents on this site, at its sole discretion.

Shipping

All firearms components orders will typically ship from our central Ohio location within 3 business days unless otherwise specified. Arrival times will vary depending on the distance to your location. Apparel items are made to order and ship from a separate location, they typically ship out in 7-10 days. Rego Systems LLC reserves the right to change and alter shipping methods from those selected at checkout without notice. Returns

Returns will not be accepted without first contacting us from an RMA. All returns require that the original box and packaging be included, and must be packed in the same manner in which it was originally sent to minimize the chances of damage during shipping.

Warranty

Rego Systems LLC offers a limited warranty on the products we manufacture against mechanical or material defect to the original purchaser for 1 year after the purchase date. Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order prior to shipping the customer must promptly contact us at: [email protected]

Any order that is canceled prior to shipping will be refunded for the original purchase amount minus a 6% charge to cover credit card transaction fees. If you are uncertain if a particular product meets your needs please send us a message through our Contact Us page prior to placing an order.

Modifications

The products that Rego Systems LLC sells, their specifications, and the prices for those products, are subject to change without notice. Rego Systems LLC shall not be liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of any products.

Limitation of Liability

Rego Systems LLC does not assume responsibility for damages that result from the use or misuse of any materials or products sold on this website.

Listing Errors

In the event that a product on this site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect specifications, Rego Systems LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly listed product.  Rego Systems LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Rego Systems LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
