If a Rego Systems product exhibits a mechanical or material defect within the covered warranty period it can be returned by first contacting us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. Once your return is approved we will email you with shipping instructions.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, a brand new and unused product (meaning free from any blemishes and not mounted to any firearm) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. The return can be initiated by first contacting us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. Once your return is approved we will email you with shipping instructions.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. All returns require that the original box and packaging be included, and must be packed in the same manner in which it was originally sent to minimize the chances of damage during shipping.
Returns are only eligible to the original buyer for items purchased directly through our online store or authorized retail reseller. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.
For warranty returns Rego will pay for the return shipping. In cases where the customer is dissatisfied with the order the customer pays for return shipping.
