Apparel that is misprinted, damaged in shipping, or otherwise defective, can be returned within 30 days after the product has been received. Products must have an approved claim before they can be returned. Contact us at [email protected] to submit a claim for a defective apparel return. Upon approval of the return claim we will send you information for return shipping. Returns will not be accepted without first contacting us to initiate a claim.
Unfortunately since Rego branded apparel is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns simply for disliking the product, or for products that are the wrong size. We have included sizing information for all apparel products and if you are unsure please send us a message using the Contact Us page with any questions before placing an order.
For a defective product to be approved for return it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged by the customer, and still have tags attached and be in original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the labels have been removed. After 30 days all apparel products are ineligible for a return.
